Position Overview:



The

Front Office Executive

will be responsible for creating a

welcoming and efficient environment

for patients and visitors. This role involves managing

patient registration

, handling

inquiries

, coordinating with

clinical teams

, and ensuring smooth

front-desk operations

. Candidates from a

hospitality background

are preferred for their strong

customer service

and

communication skills

.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist

patients, attendants, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage

patient registration

, appointments, and

billing coordination

through the

Hospital Information System (HIS)

. Handle

inbound calls

, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently. Coordinate with

doctors, nurses, and departments

to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain and update

patient records

accurately. Manage

cash transactions

, billing, and payment receipts where applicable. Support the

admission and discharge

process with proper documentation. Handle

patient feedback

and escalate issues when required. Ensure the

reception and waiting area

are clean and organized. Follow

confidentiality

,

data protection

, and

patient safety

guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate in any discipline (preferably

Hotel Management / Hospitality

).

1-3 years

of experience in

front office

,

customer service

, or

hospitality

(healthcare experience is a plus). Proficiency in

MS Office

and

hospital management software

. Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal skills

. Strong

organizational

and

multitasking

abilities.

Presentable

, well-groomed, and patient-oriented demeanor.
