Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain a visitor log and manage meeting room schedules.
Must have 6 months of experience in recruitment.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration).
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, HR assistant, or recruiter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and job portal usage.
Pleasant personality, confident, and well-organized.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
