St. Xavier's High School is looking for a
professional, well-groomed, and confident Front Office Executive cum Receptionist
to serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and stakeholders. The role demands strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
front desk and reception area
, welcoming parents, visitors, and guests courteously.
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth communication.
Maintain
student, parent, and visitor records
accurately.
Support
admission-related inquiries
, scheduling of meetings, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain data, reports, and records using
MS Excel
and other office tools.
Handle emails, notices, circulars, and basic documentation.
Assist with fee-related queries and direct parents to the concerned department.
Ensure confidentiality of school records and sensitive information.
Support administrative tasks as assigned by school management.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Female candidates only

Minimum
2 years of prior experience
in a similar role.
Strong command over
spoken and written English
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word, email communication
, and general computer operations.
Prior experience in schools or hospitals
will be considered a strong advantage.
Presentable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak school hours.
Salary & Benefits
Salary:
?15,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).
