We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and proactive
Front Office Executive
to manage the reception area and handle all front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional image of the organization at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees courteously and ensure proper visitor management.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Handle all correspondence, emails, and courier dispatch and receipt.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain employee attendance registers and visitor logs.
Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings when required.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Qualification and Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration or Hospitality).
1-3 years of experience in Front Office or Administrative roles (Corporate background preferred).
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
