? Communication: Manage all incoming and outgoing calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or staA members.
? Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
? Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, f iling, maintaining records, and coordinating with maintenance staA for oAice upkeep.
? Record Keeping: Update and manage student and pupil information in relevant databases, maintaining accurate files and ensuring confidentiality.
? Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staA.
? Event Coordination: Support the coordination and organization of school events, activities, and activities.
? Supply Management: Monitor and maintain oAice supplies, stationery, and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
? OAice Admin: Coordination with various vendors like Internet, Phone. CC TV, Laptop, Website, Software, oAice stationery etc.
? Correspondence: Prepare and send out correspondence, newsletters, and memos as requested.
