We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused
Front Office Executive (Female)
to manage reception and front desk responsibilities. Candidates with
basic accounting knowledge
will be given preference. The role involves handling visitors, calls, office coordination, and supporting basic administrative and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
Maintain visitor logs and front office records
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules
Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and correspondence
Support administrative functions and office coordination
Assist with basic accounting work such as billing, vouchers, data entry, and record maintenance (if required)
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
Provide general assistance to management and staff
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma
Prior experience in front office / reception / admin role preferred
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel)
Basic accounting knowledge (Tally or similar) will be an added advantage
Strong organizational and people-handling skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
