Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per company protocols.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, mail, etc.).
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth front-office operations.
Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement as required.
Follow safety and security procedures and control access via the reception desk.
