We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional
Front Desk Associate
to be the face of our hotel. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your role will be key in making our guests feel welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm smile and professional attitude upon arrival.
Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately using the hotel's reservation system.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries or requests.
Handle guest complaints or issues in a calm and helpful manner, escalating when necessary.
Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate records of guest information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Can connect with guest for their experience in hotel, and tell them to review.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Uphold hotel policies and ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
12th pass or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software .
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
