Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information.
Maintain visitor records, inquiry data, and follow-up details.
Handle admission inquiries, form filling, and counseling support.
Manage front desk documentation, file maintenance, and data entry.
Coordinate with staff, faculty, and management for daily operations.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate or relevant qualification.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
Professional, polite, and presentable personality.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities calmly.
