Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and clients professionally.

Communication:

Answer and route phone calls, manage emails, and handle inquiries.

Administrative Support:

Schedule appointments, manage calendars, sort mail, and handle deliveries.

Office Management:

Maintain a tidy reception area, organize files, and monitor/order office supplies.

Coordination:

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth internal operations.

Problem Solving:

Address basic visitor concerns and requests efficiently.
Essential Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanor and customer service focus. Basic technical proficiency (phones, email, office software).

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
