- Greet and Welcome: Greet clients, visitors, and customers warmly and professionally.
- Manage Phone Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to relevant personnel.
- Handle Queries: Respond to queries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and perform data entry tasks as required.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain Office Environment: Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
