Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Office Executive

with 3-7 years of experience in office administration and client handling. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing day-to-day operations, checking and responding to emails, coordinating with clients, and performing basic mathematical calculations related to media buying.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Handle client communication and follow-ups professionally Check, respond, and organize emails efficiently Perform basic mathematical calculations for

ROs, media buying, newspaper rate cards

, and billing Coordinate with the internal team for

offline media and creative work requirements

Maintain records, documentation, and reports Work responsibly and independently to ensure smooth office functioning

Requirements:



3-7 years of experience in office administration or executive-level roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office and email etiquette Basic mathematical proficiency for rate and billing calculations Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time efficiently

Preferred:



Experience in advertising, media, or print industry

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
