We are seeking a well-presented and professional

Front Office Executive

to manage the reception area, handle client interactions, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and handle basic inquiries. Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and couriers. Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols are followed. Support administrative and HR departments with routine clerical tasks. Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate procurement as required. Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensure smooth coordination between departments and handle general office management duties.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
