Job Description

The Front Office Executive cum Admin will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to maintain a professional and efficient office environment.

Oversee day-to-day administrative activities

to ensure smooth institutional operations. Maintain and update

administrative records, databases, and files.

Assist in student admission processes,

documentation, and record keeping.

Coordinate with the

academic and counseling teams for student-related requirements.

Ensure timely communication between management, faculty, and staff. Support the accounts department in handling petty cash, bills, and vendor payments. Maintain records of

fees collection and other financial transactions.

Prepare

periodic administrative reports

for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

2-5 years of administrative experience

, preferably in an educational institution. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

MS Office

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,086.00 - ?25,106.65 per month
