About the Role
We are looking for a Front Office Executive cum Admin who will be the first point of contact for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and good organizational abilities to handle both front office and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally at the front desk.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
Maintain records, files, and databases related to office operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Assist with basic HR and admin duties like attendance tracking, staff coordination, and documentation.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle travel arrangements when required.
Ensure office cleanliness and support overall administrative requirements.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in a similar front office or admin role (freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries calmly.
