Job Summary



We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment and facilitating smooth administrative operations within the center

Key Responsibilities



Patient Interaction:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of medical staff. Provide information about services, procedures, and policies to patients and visitors.

Administrative Support:

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Maintain and organize patient records and files in compliance with confidentiality standards. Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, promptly and professionally.

Billing and Payments:

Generate and process billing for services rendered. Collect payments and issue receipts, ensuring accurate financial records. Assist patients with insurance verification and claims processing.

Facility Management:

Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address any facility issues.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with medical office software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
