Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
A professional and discreet demeanor when handling confidential information.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
