Greet and assist walk-in clients and customers with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression and customer experience.
Manage front-desk operations, including handling phone calls, inquiries, and visitor logs.
Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises at all times.
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks such as cab bookings for senior management and food arrangements for walk-in clients and meetings.
Ensure all common areas, meeting rooms, and client-facing spaces are well maintained and presentable.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Maintain daily checklists and ensure timely completion of tasks by support staff.
Need Excellent spoken English communication skills.
Preferred Qualities:
Proven experience in an administrative or front-office role, with 2-3 years in a similar capacity preferred.
Strong communication skills--verbal and written--with a customer-service orientation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a variety of responsibilities effectively.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail and the ability to anticipate operational needs.
Ability to manage housekeeping and support staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Familiarity with basic office tools and systems (e.g., MS Office, cab/food booking apps, visitor management systems).
Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly, approachable personality.
