Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel booking systems
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services
Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other departments for guest requests
Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally, escalating when required
Prepare and maintain guest records, billing, and reports
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the front office
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., IDS, Opera, etc.)
Well-groomed and presentable
Customer-focused with a polite and professional attitude
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
Additional Requirements:
Fluency in English and local language
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Hospitality experience preferred
