Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Attend the Calls at Reception
  • Handle visitors, candidates and vendors who arrive at the reception
  • Co-ordination of interviews
  • Data entry pertaining to issuance of access cards
  • Handle complaints relating to Facility Management
  • Coordinate document and material inbound and outbound logistics
  • Inventory of office supplies and consumables
  • Company Transport/Vehicle Management and Catering facilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of company equipment to ensure smooth execution of company operations
  • Proper Filing & Record Maintenance
  • Assist with implementation of HR initiatives
  • Manage admin activities & housekeeping, when required.
