Relocation support to Chikkamagalur
Key Responsibilities:
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest complaints promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for smooth guest experience
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details
Ensure front office area is clean, welcoming, and organized
Provide information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions
Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in hospitality/front office roles.
Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is an advantage)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Male candidates preferred.
Willing to relocate to Chikkamagalur.
Graduation preferred.
