Guiding the Visitors and Guests to the appropriate Departments Responsible for assisting in administrative tasks , Handling Sales inquires &Facility management. Maintain excellent relationship with our existing clients.. Ensuring the property remains aesthetically sound & create WOW experience for our clients. Providing resolution to client queries and handling all escalations promptly. Experienced in handling a team of support staff & managing their shifts. Maintain & file office records, Subscription forms & other documents. Ensuring implementation of company SOP's . Coordinate & align Maintenance, Housekeeping teams etc.Skills Well groomed candidate with fluency in English, Hindi & Punjabi. Should have excellent organizational & communication skills. An eye for detail and ability to build rapport with clients. Should be proactive and responsible. Experienced candidates only from retail/Hospitality will considered.
