We are looking for a Front Office Executive with prior experience in the hotel industry to manage front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
Handle check-in and check-out procedures
Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
Maintain front office records and coordinate with other departments
Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in the hotel industry is mandatory
Age limit: 30 years or below
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused
Basic knowledge of front office systems and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
