Job Description

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Assist guests with luggage, taxi bookings, and other needs. Process guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Manage and update guest reservations and booking information. Allocate and assign guest rooms. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Answer phones and handle incoming calls professionally. Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Prepare daily reports and other relevant documentation. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. May be required to assist with other tasks as assigned by management. Stay updated on hotel policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in hotel. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in using hotel management software (IDS) and computer systems. Good knowledge of local area and attractions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
