We are looking for a smart, confident, and organized
Front Office Executive
to manage our front office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling reception duties, courier coordination, attendance tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Manage
courier dispatch and coordination
(incoming and outgoing).
Maintain
attendance records
of employees.
Handle
travel ticket bookings
and related arrangements for employees.
Oversee
stationery inventory
and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day administrative support.
Ensure the
reception area
is tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in a front desk or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
