Communication management:
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring professional communication.
Administrative support:
Schedule appointments and meetings, manage visitor logs, organize and file documents, and maintain office supplies.
Mail and package handling:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.
Reception area maintenance:
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Additional duties
Assist with various administrative tasks as requested by management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
