As the Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception

: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide information about the property's amenities and services.

Reservation Management

Concierge Services

Administrative Tasks

: Maintain guest records, process payments, manage billing, and generate reports as required.

Coordination

Security

? Qualifications & Skills

Education

Experience

: Minimum of 1-2 years in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
