Job Description

? Maintain hygienic condition at branches.

? Ensure security and safety of the personnel and assets.

? Organize special arrangements during Hartal, Bandh etc. and coordinate with Regional Manager.

? Introduce an effective system for answering outside and inside enquiries of patients including charges of investigations and time of delivery of test results.

? Convey urgent results to hospitals/doctors by fax, e-mail or by phone.

? Attend all the telephone calls.

? Ensure prompt dispatching of results on time.

? Arrange all area and branch results in separate files and covers.

? Supervision of cash counter and surprise cash verifications.

? Record all messages in appropriate registers and maintain the registers carefully and ensure action taken on time.

Qualification : Minimum Degree

? Any other duties as allotted by higher authorities based on exigencies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
