Organization: School Of Allied Healthcare & Science
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall front office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning on the college campus.
Greet visitors, attend phone calls and emails, and route queries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor logs, attendance registers, and courier records (receiving and issuing).
Organize and maintain files, documents, and administrative records in a systematic manner.
Assist in student counselling, admission coordination, and registration follow-ups.
Prepare feedback reports, data summaries, and other administrative reports in Excel as required.
Support campus tours and provide accurate information about admission procedures and courses.
Coordinate in-house events such as staff engagement programs, student activities, and educational events as a front office representative.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education industry (college/university).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
