Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate cash and credit records.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
Assist in managing guest feedback and resolving service-related issues.
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Support in upselling hotel services and facilities to guests.
