Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Keep updated records and files;
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
Greet and welcome guests;
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members;
Maintaining records of Out ward & Inward mail;
Co-coordinating with various departments as per enquirers;
Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures;
Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely;
Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls;
Advise team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel for events or for general accommodations;
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceed standards;
Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
