Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
Register patients and manage appointment scheduling using hospital software
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to queries, and redirect calls as needed
Maintain and update patient records and documentation
Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the accounts department if needed
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting area
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service
Follow hospital protocols for patient confidentiality and safety
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Administration, or related field preferred
Experience:
0-3 years in a similar front desk or customer service role (hospital experience preferred)
Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software (if applicable)
Good communication skills in English and local language
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
