We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk & Video Presentation Specialist to manage front office operations and assist in creating engaging video presentations for our business. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also supporting media and presentation requirements to enhance the company's brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Client Handling
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and handle front office administration.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Video Presentation & Media Support
Assist in creating and presenting company videos and promotional materials.
Support in preparing PowerPoint/video presentations for meetings and client pitches.
Collaborate with management to ensure presentations align with branding.
Manage basic editing and formatting of video/presentation content.
General Administration
Maintain office files, documents, and supplies.
Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
Provide administrative assistance to management when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Media, or related field.
Only Freshers can apply.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, organized, and customer-service oriented.
