Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
Attend to inbound client queries, walk-ins, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain the OFFICE area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Telecalling:
Make inbound/outbound calls to prospective customers to inform them about company products and services.
Respond to client inquiries by phone, providing relevant information and assistance.
Maintain a call log and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
Administrative Support:
Assist with data entry, documentation, and filing work.
Handle basic correspondence and communication (calls, emails, messages).
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Follow-up Activities:
Conduct follow-up calls with clients to collect feedback and resolve issues.
Ensure all leads are followed up in a timely manner and update relevant records.
Key Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bengali, English and Hindi.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Confident telephone manner and good listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office .
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in telecalling or front office/reception is an advantage.
