Customer Inquiry Handling

- Addressing guest questions and concerns.

Service Coordination

- Arranging requested services with relevant departments.

Sales Orientation

- Driving revenue through targeted sales efforts.

Communication & Rapport

- Building positive relationships with guests.

Record Maintenance

- Keeping client records organized and updated.

Account Accuracy

- Ensuring precise guest account details.

Guest Recognition

- Acknowledging and exceeding return guest expectations.

Center Updates

- Staying informed through regular communication logs.

Center Hygiene

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
