Handle front office operations including guest check-in and check-out
Manage room reservations via calls, WhatsApp, email, and OTAs
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations for room availability
Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure smooth guest experience
Maintain reservation records, billing, and daily reports
Upsell rooms, packages, and services wherever possible
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years experience in Front Office / Reservations (Hospitality)
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Local language preferred)
Knowledge of PMS, OTAs, and basic billing
Presentable, customer-friendly, and well-organized
Ability to work in shifts
