We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional
Front Office cum Admin Executive
to manage front desk operations and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and responsible for ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and manage front desk queries
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Handle office correspondence, courier, and filing
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist in daily administrative operations and basic HR support
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front office area
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment (printer, copier, etc.)
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
2+ years of experience in front office/admin roles preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, polite, and presentable
Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
