Manage front office operations with a professional and welcoming approach.
Handle telephone calls, visitor management, and customer queries efficiently.
Maintain proper records of accounts, petty cash, and branch-level financial transactions.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the branch.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of branch activities.
Support in preparing reports, documentation, and filing as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administration and finance.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Administration background preferred).
Pleasant and attractive personality with excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multitasking responsibilities independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in front office management and admin support.
Knowledge of accounts, cash handling, and financial reporting.
Positive attitude with problem-solving approach.
