As a Front Desk Officer cum Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Multitasking skill is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities: Lead on the management of day to day operational matters associated with administration & marketing
Responsibilities:
Providing information about the company's services and products.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Managing scheduling and preparing meeting rooms.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Customer service attitude
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
