Job Description

The Front Office cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to provide professional support to both visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately. Maintain visitor and employee attendance records. Manage office supplies, stationery, and maintenance coordination. Support HR and Admin departments with documentation, filing, and record keeping. Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and office events. Assist in vendor management and procurement of office essentials. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and office area. Handle courier and correspondence dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
