Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; redirect as necessary.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle visitor logs, ID issuance, and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate courier services and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Administrative Support
Assist in daily office operations and general administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support HR and Admin teams in organizing company events, meetings, and travel bookings.
Maintain and update staff records, documents, and filing systems.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in onboarding support for new joiners (ID cards, desk setup, etc.).
Requirements:
0 to 6 months of experience in Front Office or Admin roles (Freshers can apply).
Well-groomed, presentable, and energetic personality.
Excellent communication skills in English and regional language (as applicable).
Basic computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
Positive attitude, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
