We are seeking a Front Office & CRM Executive to manage front-desk operations and handle customer relationship management activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a professional experience to students, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM databases regularly.
Ensure smooth and professional day-to-day front office operations.
Manage fee collection, issue receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/data entry tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling accounts and records.
Ability to interact with parents and students politely and professionally.
Must be well-presented with a pleasant and approachable personality.
Qualification: Must be a graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Front Office, CRM, or accounts-related roles, preferably in an educational institution.
Preference will be given to female candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
