Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests at the front desk
Handle inquiries--both in-person and over calls or emails--with clarity and warmth
Counsel and guide walk-in clients about available services or programs
Maintain client records, appointment schedules, and reports
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth front office operations
Uphold a positive, calm, and professional environment
Requirements
