Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms Maintain visitor records and office documentation Manage courier, mail, and dispatch activities Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or equivalent Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Well-organized with multitasking ability
