Front Office Coordinator
will:
Manage the reception desk, attend calls, and handle visitor inquiries
Coordinate office communication and maintain records/logs
Support administrative functions and office-related tasks
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and staff coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the front office
Liaise with different departments for effective communication flow
