Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide reception/front office staff. Monitor patient inflow, waiting time, and ensure timely registration. Manage appointment scheduling, token system, and coordination with doctors/optometrists. Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations politely and effectively. Maintain daily MIS reports and ensure accurate billing/checklists. Track daily OPD targets and support growth initiatives. Ensure front desk hygiene, grooming, and brand-standard service.
Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; hospital/healthcare experience preferred. 3+ years' experience in front office or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English. Ability to manage teams, multitask, and work under pressure. Professional, patient-focused attitude with hospitality mindset.
