Job Responsibilities:



Front Desk Management

Greet visitors and clients with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Answer and route incoming calls efficiently and professionally.

Visitor Handling & Coordination

Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor experience. Offer refreshments and assist guests as required.

Administrative Support

Handle general administrative tasks including emails, couriers, and documentation. Support other departments with scheduling and coordination needs. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Communication & Presentation

Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times. Respond to inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally. Manage basic correspondence and assist in company communication tasks.

Office Coordination

Assist HR/Admin team in coordinating interviews and appointments. Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for senior executives if needed. Ensure front office processes and protocols are followed.

Job Requirements:



Education:

Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum1 year of experience in front office, reception, or guest relations roles.

Appearance:

Must be well-groomed, confident, and carry a professional, pleasant demeanor.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Proficient in MS Office and handling phone/email systems Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
