Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management

: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise , security, and support staff, ensuring high performance.

Administrative Oversight

: manage office supplies/inventory, handle basic accounts (invoicing), and maintain records.

Operational Efficiency

: Implement front office procedures, manage budgets, and ensure smooth daily operations, often coordinating with IT/facilities for smooth functioning.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

: Strong communication and team management.

Organizational Skills

: Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with MS Office Suite, database management, and potentially office management software.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts professionally.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
