Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure reception area is presentable at all times.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Handle courier services, mail distribution, and basic documentation.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
Support HR and Admin departments in employee onboarding or document collection.
Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to other departments.
Handle inquiries and resolve basic client or employee concerns efficiently.
