The Front Office Attendant is responsible for assisting in smooth guest service operations at the front desk, including greeting guests, handling queries, updating guest records, and supporting the front office team in delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests courteously and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Support front office executives in updating guest data and room status.
Answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Assist in managing luggage handling and guest requests.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness.
Maintain front desk cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
Provide basic information about resort services and amenities.
Record daily logs and support in maintaining guest records.
Requirements:
HSC or Graduate in any field (Hospitality preferred).
0-2 years of experience in a hotel/resort front office or guest service role.
Basic knowledge of Innkey PMS or willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
